The Board Members and their duties are as follows:

Chairman, Thomas Sherman, presides at all meetings and is our official representative.

The Vice-Chairman for Publicity, Tasha Aschmutat, publishes the monthly Gazette.

The Vice-Chairman for Logistics, Shereen Bickham, handles the arrangements for meetings.

Stacey Sherman is the secretary and keeps the minutes.

The Vice-Chairman for Field Trips, Misty Beardsley, coordinates the planning of field trips.

The Treasurer, Trisha Meyer,handles the record keeping of monies, including receipt and dispersal of funds.

Tina Merrill is in charge of Membership, maintaining membership rosters and supplying labels and directories.

Judy Peterson is the CTO (chief technical officer) chairman and handles the computer and other communications related responsibilities.

OPEN BOARD POSITION:
The Vice-Chairman for Programs will plan HOST meetings and is in charge of setting up all the special programs like Fine Arts Fair, Spelling Bee, or Geography Fair.
